Crab Meat Salad

Kekra ka salad

Mamta Gupta

Crab meat salad can be made in 100’s of different ways. I often use tinned crab meat for this recipe and it works fine. Here, I have used a thousand Island type of dressing, but you can use any dressing of choice. You can simply mix it with lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can vary amounts of different ingredients to suit your taste. This version is very good as a sandwich filling. Serves 4
