Barbecue Sauce, A Quick Marinade Made From Ready Made Sauces
Barbecue Sauce, A Quick Marinade
Mamta Gupta
This is an almost instant BBQ sauce. If you think about it, all these sauces that I have listed below, have been made by big companies, after a huge amount of research/experimentation and they are all popular for their individual flavours. So why not mix them to get an even more intense flavour?
This marinating sauce can be used with meat/poultry/seafood and even vegetables. It can also be added to stir-fried rice.
Enough for 2-4 single portions.

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
