Mixed Salad 2

This is just an example to show you that you can make a salad from literally any fresh ingredients that can be eaten raw and you have to hand. It can be eaten without any dressing, as it is full of flavours or add a Dressing of your choice. Serves 2

Ingredients

  • A few leaves of crisp lettuce

  • Few slices of cucumber

  • 1 carrot, peeled and shaved (use a potato peeler) or shredded

  • 1 stick of celery, cleaned and sliced

  • Couple of fresh peas in the pod, shelled

  • A few mange tout (baby peas in he pods can be used)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

  2. Keep in an airtight container, until needed.
