Does anybody know the recipe for indian cauliflower bhajee that you get in some uk indian take-aways?

I take it you mean the English use of bahji being a like a pakora ?

something like this

Mixed Vegetable Pakora or Bhajis

Do you mean bhaji as in dry curry or bhaji as in Pakora/fritters?

Many thanks Manta and AskCy for your replies. The cauliflower bhaji was like a curry and it was spicy with a little tomato in it and also it had a few cashew nuts. It was delicious.

Hello Valerie

It was definitely this one from your description; Cauliflower and Potato Bhaji (Dry Curry). Remember that there can be individual variations to this basic dish. Read 'notes' at the bottom of the recipe.
