Please may I ask why the dough is not firm as you said

I am not sure that I understand your question clearly.

Firstly is it Chapatti flour bread loaf 1 or 2 that you are asking about? Because Chapatti flour bread loaf 1 is not my recipe, it comes from another regular and excellent bread maker.

Do you mean the dough does not come out firm? I don't make bread with firm dough. My dough is almost always soft.

Please give me the recipe number so that I know which recipe we are discussing.
