Mamta, on 22/8/2017 09:05am No, you can't correct it. That will be like 'throwing good money after bad'! Put it down to experience, enjoy the besan toffees and start over again :). It is important to have a Syrup of right thickness, one wire consistency. If you leave it on heat even half a minute longer, you will get a toffee like consistency. |
