Butter Chicken by definition is a high calorie dish. You can reduce the amount of ghee/butter/oil/cream/nuts, use low fat yoghurt instead of cream and so on. However, the dish will not taste the same. How about making it properly and eating less of it? Bear in mind that low fat milk/yoghurt/cream ofetn curdle during cooking.
